Due to varying laws around the world we are prohibited to sell all CBD Oil products for oral consumption, therefore:
- Pure by Nature CBD Oil is sold and marketed as a topical skin oil/balm/lotion
- Our CBD oil is not sold as a consumable product either for oral consumption or vaping
- Industrial hemp is excluded from the definition of marijuana in “The Controlled Substances Act” (CSA)
- Any products derived from industrial hemp are considered legal (including cannabinoid products) as long as they are compliant with the federal farm bill
The DEA Acknowledged that CBD sourced from industrial hemp cultivated lawfully, pursuant to the states Industrial Hemp laws and acted under the 2014 US Farm bill, is legal.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?
To keep life simple, and to support our local posties, we use the services offered by Royal Mail. Your order should be with you within three to four business days. This is a signed-for delivery service. Orders with a value of £30.00 and more are shipped free.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Shortly after you have placed your order, and payment has been accepted, you will receive an email to acknowledge your order details. We will pack up your products and they will be with you within 4 working days, from receipt of order, with thanks.
Can I Re-Sell Pure By Nature Products?
In short, no. We sell our Pure by Nature products direct to you and Pure by Nature products should not be re-sold.
Do You Ship Internationally?
At present no. As you will have seen, our philosophy is to start slow and grow, that’s our plan in relation to growing, we will start in the UK and see where life takes us.
Is it Safe to Travel with CBD Products?
CBD is not classed as a ‘controlled substance’ in many countries. However, we’d always recommended doing your due diligence, check with all the countries that you are visiting, including the one you are returning to. You could start by sending an email to the relevant embassies, and they will guide you from there.
Tips On Storing
Your tea has a shelf life of 12 months, and your oil 36 months. Both should be stored in a cool, dark and dry area, out of direct sunlight, and keep the tea away from any other foods or substances with strong odours that could affect the delicious flavour. The oil and the tea leaves in their natural form are not suitable for freezing.
There is no need to store your CBD oil in the fridge.
Having Trouble Getting The Oil into the Dropper?
When stored in a cool place, or the if the environment is cold, your CBD Oil may thicken. To fix this, just pop the bottle in a cup of warm water for a few minutes until it softens.
Always empty the dropper and shake well before each use.

At Pure by Nature, we take handling your data and security seriously. Our site uses an SSL Certificate (Secure Socket Layer) which is similar to what your online bank uses. To confirm this you will see that our URL starts with HTTPS, and not the unsecure HTTP. If you have any questions or queries regarding this, please get in touch.
Orders and Returns
How do I place an Order?
It’s easy peasy. We recommended that you read up and do your CBD homework, and once you are ready to make an informed and educated decision to purchase the product that is right for you, go to our shop, select your product, and add it your shopping trolley. Easy as 123, to buy our CBD.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need to have an account to place an order with Pure by Nature. You can simply shop, add items to the cart, and check out. When you place your order, you need to provide us with basic contact information and an email address for order confirmation. Doing so will not set up an account, or result in a subscription to e-mail newsletters, unless you choose to do so.
Who should I contact if I have any queries?
The best thing to do is to check out our FAQs section first, as this page includes the common questions our customers ask us. If you have a question that we’ve not answered, silly us, drop us an email at email@example.com. We are real people and we’ll come back to you in real time, Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.00 GMT.
How Do I Track My Order?
The good old Royal Mail will give us a tracking number when we parcel up and post your goods. We will confirm this tracking number to you by email. Please look out for this and make sure our emails from firstname.lastname@example.org are on your good list, so we don’t end up in your SPAM.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
You can cancel your order whilst the status of your order is still marked as ‘received’, by going into your order and clicking ‘cancel items’. Select the checkbox next to each item on your order, or if you want to cancel the entire order, select all your items. Click cancel checked items when finished. You will receive an email to acknowledge your cancelled order details. Once your order is marked as ‘in progress’ your order cannot be changed.

Select ‘continue shopping’ to add additional items to your shopping trolley. You will receive an email to acknowledge your new order details. Once your order is marked as ‘in progress’ your order cannot be changed.
How Can I Return a Product?
We really hope that you don’t have to, but sometimes we appreciate that this happens. All returns claims need to be made within 48 hours of product delivery (that is the time that you signed for your goods). Claims should be sent by email to email@example.com. A full explanation of the problem, as well as an account of any damages, if relevant, should be given. Photographic evidence may be asked for. After an analysis of the situation, Pure By Nature will use its own discretion to determine the appropriate remedy.
You have the right of return of 14 days.
If there is an obvious fault with your product, Pure By Nature will of course replace or refund with apologies.
As our oil is shipped to you in a tamper-proof bottle, once opened it cannot be returned.
As our tea is shipped to you within a food grade zip bag, once opened it cannot be returned.
All return postage costs are to be paid by the customer. We recommend using a postal or courier with tracking to keep an eagle eye on your package. We use Royal Mail, but other services are, of course, available.
